Air Freight - Auckland to Apia (11kg up to 20kg)

Purchasing this product allows you to AIRFREIGHT a shipment from Auckland to Apia up to 20KG in size. 

Cut off for delivery to our Auckland Office is 4PM Thursday every week, Goods will FLY on Saturday or Sunday and be available from our Samoa Office following Tuesday. 

How it works

1. Purchase Product Online

2. Our Customer Service Team will book shipment and send confirmation

3. You arrange to deliver package to our Auckland DROP OFF Location - Unit 19/114 Wiri Station Road, Wiri Auckland before weekly cut off. 

4. We fly the goods on next flight to Apia. 

5. Goods are ready for Customs Clearance/Release in Apia following Tuesday.

• Airfreight of Shipment - between 1KG and 10KG (if shipment is overweight, additional fees will apply)

• New Zealand Customs Clearance Formalities

• Shipping Documentation - AWB

• Airfreight Insurance - see Cart if you wish to purchase Shipping Insurance. (Goods Shipped without Insurance are NOT covered for loss or damage). Insurance is $150NZD to cover up to $10,000NZD valued goods. Please check with Customer Service for Insurance above this value. 

• Local Handling Fees in Apia. Agent will charge 50WST on arrival for local unpacking/handling. 

• Local Customs Taxes in Samoa - Samoa Customs Department will collect local taxes directly from receiver.

All shipments will be visually and X-Ray Checked before loading on aircraft. If any RESTRICTED ITEM is located in package without declaration, Fine is $600NZD from Airline and will be passed to customer.
